WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT:
ColumbiaCare offers virtual interviews using standardized interview questions developed by our Strategic Executive Committee and hiring managers. The interview questions touch on topics that include our organizational values, accountability, vulnerability, feedback, diversity and position specific questions.

INTERVIEW PANEL
WHY WE DO IT
Panel interviews allow multiple people to assess the skills and motivational fit of a candidate in one interview. Multiple perspectives assist with removing bias and help create balanced decisions.
Using standardized interview questions allows us to create objectivity and assists us in making equitable comparisons between candidates.

We want you to be set up for success during your interview process, below are some helpful tips!
Prepare in advance :
Research the organization by checking out our website!
Review your resume in comparison to our job ad, consider how your experience relates to the role
Practice your answers
Plan to show up on time or a couple of minutes early
Be your authentic self and close with positivity
Create a follow up list of questions you would like to ask about the position, program or company
Be ready to interview
WHO WILL BE THERE
Panel interviews are the norm at CCS you can expect a panel of three or more people. This typically includes the hiring manager and others that are knowledgeable about the vacant position.
