  • Hourly employees can earn up to 144 hours of Paid Time off annually, and salary employees can earn up to 168 hours of paid time off annually. Paid time off accrual rates can increase at the 5 year and 10 year milestones! Up to 40 hours of paid time off, in excess of 120 hour balance, may be cashed out once per calendar year.

  • CCS observes 9 holidays each year. This includes:

    New Year's Day

    Martin Luther King Jr. Day

    Memorial Day

    Juneteenth

    Independence Day

    Labor Day

    Veterans Day

    Thanksgiving Day, and

    Christmas Day

    Full-Time employees receive 8 paid hours for the corresponding holiday. Part-Time and On-Call employees receive time and a half for working on a holiday.

  • In addition to Paid Time Off, ColumbiaCare offers 24 hours of paid mental health days for full-time employees and 12 hours for part-time employees per calendar year towards the personal care of their mental health needs.

  • The mission of the ColumbiaCare Wellness Program is to promote and support mental, physical, social, and spiritual health throughout the organization. Employees are reimbursed up to $600 annually for whole health & wellness activities and purchases.

  • CCS supports and provides a number of assistance programs that aid our employees and all members of their immediate household to stop and remain free from tobacco.

  • ColumbiaCare offers an extensive medical, dental and vision health insurance package for eligible employees and dependents.

  • Eligible employees may choose to enroll in Additional Life Death & Dismemberment, Critical Illness & Accidental Coverage, and Short-Term & Long-Term Disability Insurance.

  • Eligible employees may choose to enroll in Additional Life and Death & Dismemberment, Critical Illness & Accident Coverage, Short-Term, Long-Term Disability Insurance and Pet Insurance.

  • We offer an Employee Assistance Program to all ColumbiaCare employees and dependents. This includes resources and tools available online or by phone, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Resources include access to consultants that can assist with financial issues, counseling, legal assistance, finding childcare, and more!

  • ColumbiaCare will pay employee wages, up to 8 hours per calendar year, that are spent volunteering for a charitable cause of their choice or investing in their personal education through training that can be directly connected to their current position or career path and development within the organization.

  • Ask how non-profit employees may qualify for federally funded "loan forgiveness" programs!

  • If you know someone that you think would be a great fit for the organization, refer them to an open position. If an applicant is successfully hired and completes the introductory period, the referring employee receives a $250 bonus!

  • ColumbiaCare pays generous longevity bonuses to our eligible long-term employees to honor those who have reached their 2-year, 5-year, 10-year, 15-year, and 20-year anniversary dates of continuous employment. Employees meeting these milestones also receive an additional 40 hours of bonus vacation time! This is our way of acknowledging and thanking employees who have built a lasting & impactful career with CCS.

  • We offer a 100% Vested 403(b) Retirement plan with pre- and post-tax contribution options. ColumbiaCare will also match an eligible employee's contribution up to 6%.
