Meet the Board

ColumbiaCare's Board of Directors is made up of seven distinguished community leaders who have dedicated themselves to improving people's lives. While each Board Member's personal and professional experience is unique to them, their common commitment to partnering with our Executive Team to set the direction of the organization is something they share. 

  • Stacy Ferrell

    BOARD PRESIDENT

    Stacy has served as the President of the Board since January 2018. She has over 19 years of professional experience providing mental health development and administrative management and is currently the Executive Director of ColumbiaCare Services.

  • Lola Powers

    BOARD CHAIR

    Lola has served on the Board since June of 2019. She has a wealth of experience from her time as a police officer and serving in the military for 16 years. Ms. Powers has also been a long-time ColumbiaCare employee overseeing multiple programs, as well as providing direct care. She is an asset to the Board.

  • Dave McDaniel

    BOARD VICE-CHAIR

    Dave has served on the Board since January of 2017. A retired Undersheriff and long-time ColumbiaCare Facility Administrator, Dave has extensive knowledge of our law enforcement system as well as PSRB rules and regulations. His vast knowledge and extensive experience in the field makes him an essential asset to the Board.

  • Ginger Swan

    BOARD TREASURER

    Ginger has served on the Board since April of 2003, while also filling the role of Executive Director of Coos Health and Wellness for many years. Her knowledge and leadership in running a community mental health program is invaluable.

  • Jean Work

    BOARD MEMBER

    Jean has served on the Board since January of 2006. She brings valuable skills and expertise that come from her background as an HR professional, and as the retired Regional Manager for the Oregon State Employment Department.

  • Kyle Rodriguez-Hudson

    BOARD MEMBER

    Kyle joined the Board in February of 2023. He previously served as a CCS Facility Administrator, and has since gone onto become a licensed clinician and founder of A Guided You, LLC -- an Outpatient Mental Health practice specializing in working with BIPOC and LGBTQIA+ communities. Kyle is currently the Executive Director of TransPonder, a Eugene-based non-profit, which feeds his passion and provides expertise that is valuable in improving the lives of the communities ColumbiaCare serves.

  • Rod Estes

    BOARD MEMBER

    Rod joined the Board in February of 2024. He has over 25 years of experience in the Mental Health field, previously having served as ColumbiaCare’s Project Development Manager. Rod’s historical knowledge of the company and extensive background of experience in the field brings a thoughtfulness and commitment to ensuring the best services are provided for the communities CCS serves.
