Fieldstone

Fieldstone is a beautiful new Residential Treatment Home located in Wilsonville, Oregon. It is nestled in the European-inspired planned community of Villebois, which has a very charming village-like feel. It is the realization of a bill promoted by NAMI and passed by the Oregon Legislative Assembly in 1999 for the sale and re-development of the property which was formerly a state mental health facility, and intended to include community housing for people with disabilities.

ColumbiaCare is very proud to be chosen as the residential service provider for the project, and to work in collaboration with the professionals at Clackamas County Community Health and the State of Oregon, Addictions and Mental Health Division. Northwest Housing Alternatives is the developer and proud owner of the building itself.

The newly constructed house is an ideally designed residential treatment home. It has five private bedrooms that are each equipped with their own bathroom, two community gathering areas with wonderful built-in bookshelves and entertainment centers, spacious windows, wood flooring throughout, and a beautiful kitchen.

The home will provide clients with a safe atmosphere free from assault and intimidation to assist with their recovery. The home will also provide residential mental health care 24 hours a day, seven days a week by a trained and caring staff. A Psychiatrist and a Mental Health Therapist will supervise the staff as they offer mental health treatment services including case management, medication management and supported employment services.
