Columbia Rose is a residential treatment facility serving 9 adults with Mental Illness.  Columbia Rose welcomed it's first new residents on May 2, 2006. 

Columbia Rose is located in SE Portland, known world wide as the "City of Roses".  All 9 residents have private bedrooms a private deck and a partial private bath.  The home is new with beautiful hardwood floors and cathedral ceilings.  There are two parks nearby and the home is just blocks from 122nd Avenue and the city bus line, yet located in a quiet neighborhood.

Residential care is provided 24 hours a day, 7 days a week by a trained and caring staff headed by a Registered Nurse and a Qualified Mental Health Professional.

Admission is coordinated through Multnomah County Mental Health.  Visitation is allowed by prior arrangement only.  For more information about admission or visitation please contact the Administrator of Columbia Rose.
