About Us

ColumbiaCare Services (formerly Oregon Regional Behavioral Services) is an Oregon not-for-profit corporation formed in 2003. ColumbiaCare is a qualified tax exempt organization under IRS code 501 (c) (3). ColumbiaCares' mission statement is:
 
“ To promote the mental health and welfare of individuals and communities by developing progressive, regional systems of behavioral health care facilities and affiliated service programs in collaboration with public and private providers of social, judicial and health care services”.
 
ColumbiaCare Services designs, develops, builds and operates residential treatment facilities in locations in Oregon and Idaho. These facilities provide residential services, comprehensive mental health treatment and short term crisis stabilization services to adults referred by the respective State, Regional or County Mental Health Agency. 
 
ColumbiaCare Services also designs, develops, builds and manages supportive housing apartments for citizens with a mental illness. 

ColumbiaCare Services has 12 licensed residential treatment facilities and 4 supportive housing programs, and currently have 2 more under construction or development.   Please click on the Facilities tab at the top of this page for a detailed look. 

ColumbiaCare Services also offers design, construction and operating consulting services for all types of mental health residential facilities.

Other services ColumbiaCare provides includes suicide prevention activities and training.  The ColumbiaCare Center for Suicide Prevention is extremely proud of the both the ASIST and RESPONSE programs.  Please select the Suicide Prevention tab on the Home page for more information.
